1. No Refunds for Managed Services and SaaS Products

Cirro Technologies Pvt Ltd acts as a reseller and Managed Service Provider (MSP) for various SaaS products and IT services. Refunds for these products and services are governed by the respective solution companies’ refund policies. Cirro does not offer any refunds for these services.

2. Refunds for Startups Bar Subscriptions

Cirro Technologies Pvt Ltd offers refunds exclusively for subscriptions to our brand product, Startups Bar. If you have subscribed to Startups Bar and wish to discontinue your membership, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

All other services offered by Cirro Technologies Pvt Ltd as an MSP or reseller are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to SaaS products, IT services, and any other third-party services.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The amount refunded will be the total purchase amount minus any applicable fees or charges.

5. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-15 days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Bangalore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy.
